Machine vision-based flexible material trays are suitable for most parts, solving the problems of long design cycles and high manufacturing management costs associated with customized material trays. Parts can be placed quickly without needing to be inserted into the contour slot in a specific position or posture. When producing different products, only the gripper needs to be changed, significantly improving changeover speed and making it suitable for flexible production of multiple varieties and small batches. It avoids material handling failures or misalignment due to errors in the teaching point.
For a few parts that cannot be handled using vision, the system still supports the relevant functions of customized material trays.
Deep integration of the robot control system and vision system overcomes the limitations of traditional vision systems that require computer calibration and are complex to operate. With a simple operation after the robotic arm holds the product, the visual calibration of the new product can be automatically completed within minutes, which can be quickly mastered by ordinary operators.
